AnnSwindell.com is part of my ministry and work as a writer, and it falls under my business, The Swindell Group, LLC. As a believer in Christ, I am committed to the security and safety of the data of anyone who visits my site and/or signs up for my newsletter. So you know, here is where I stand when it comes to your privacy:
1. I will only keep your data within The Swindell Group, LLC and the trusted third-party technologies that are used to collect that data (such as Mailmunch or Mailchimp, which safely collect your email address and name, if you choose to share those things).
2. The Swindell Group, LLC, will keep our technical measures up to date as much as we are able to do so in order to keep your data protected.
3. You’re in charge of your data! If you want to take any personal information out of The Swindell Group, LLC files at any time, just tell us and we will make every reasonable effort to do so.
4. If you sign up to receive emails from me, you can always opt out! Either hit the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the email, or just reply and let me know you want to unsubscribe.
5. We never sell your data. Ever! We don’t share it either. We only use the information you’ve given us to reach back out to you.
6. If there’s ever a data breech, I’ll let you know as soon as I do!
